Founded by Rob Cooper & Kris Kennedy in 2018, Cooper & Kennedy is a Columbus based multifamily investment firm that has acquired 200+ multifamily units and $13 million assets under management. We focus on capital preservation while striving to deliver strong, risk adjusted returns to our investors.

Cooper & Kennedy provides busy professionals the opportunity to invest in real estate without the hassle of having to analyse properties, manage tenants, or deal with any repairs.
