Founded in 2018 by Rob Cooper and Kris Kennedy, Cooper & Kennedy is a Columbus-based firm focused on value-add multifamily real estate across Ohio. We've acquired 200+ units and currently manage over $13 million in assets.
We work with busy professionals who want real estate exposure without the day-to-day demands of ownership — and with property owners who want a straightforward, trustworthy buyer who will close on time.
